Welcome to the February Sparkle N Sprinkle and Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop.

Hello Everyone and welcome to the February Sparkle N Sprinkle and Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop . Where a group of  very talented people have come together for some great fun.  If you hopped here by way of Julie Z's blog, then you are on the right path! Isn't she a talented lady. I love her work. If you arrived from somewhere else, you might want to start from the beginning, at Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog and hop along.

Did I hear mention of blog candy oh yessss!

In addition to the the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog candy, Sparkle N Sprinkle is giving a stamp set to one lucky hopper! Leaving a message on every blog increases your chances of winning, because it is a mystery which of the artists' blogs has been chosen to house the prize!  On Tuesday February 15, 2011 a name will be drawn from the comments on the mystery blog.  The Winner gets to choose a stamp set of their choice from SparkleNSprinkle.com!

Here is  my card.  Doesn't this make you want to put on your galoshes and dance in the warm spring rain?

To create this card  I used the stamp set
Spring Swirl 425, to create the raindrops  that are behind the galoshes I used Stickum Powder EP300 and Waterfall Glitter G1071  all from Sparkle N Sprinkle . To tie it all together I used the lovely soft green ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon's February Ribbon Club Kit as you can see it is wonderful to work with.

That's my time....you're off again to the next blog on the hop.  Lucky me I get to send you off to Tilly's blog! Be sure to leave her some comment love on her AMAZING! creation.

Wonderful combination of techniques and elements, Linda! I especially enjoy the slippery feel of the polished stone behind the galoshes. I still have not mastered pleating the ribbon like that. Thanks for sharing!
